1. Shipping & delivery
4 questionsHow long does it take for my order to arrive?
The following delivery times currently apply:
- Germany: 1–3 working days with DHL
- EU countries: 7–10 working days
- Worldwide: 7–15 working days
Do you also ship internationally?
Yes. We ship within Germany, to many EU countries and also to Switzerland, Norway, Canada and the USA, among others. You can see whether we deliver to your country at checkout when you enter your address.
Are there shipping costs?
- Germany: always free – no minimum order value
- EU countries: €8.95 – free from €50
- Worldwide: €14.95 – free from €60
For deliveries to non-EU countries, customs duties and the VAT of the destination country may apply. These are paid by the recipient.
How can I track my parcel?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number with a link to track your parcel by email. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours before your parcel can be tracked.
2. Returns & withdrawal

After receiving the goods, you can send them back to us within 30 days. You can find all details in our cancellation policy.
How do I get a return label?
Unfortunately we cannot provide you with a return label. Please write the return address on your parcel yourself.
Who pays the return shipping costs?
The customer pays the cost of the return shipment. We recommend shipping with tracking.

How long does it take to process my return?
We refund the amount using the payment method you used for the purchase – no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal. The refund may be delayed until the goods have arrived back with us.
What condition must the product be in when returned?
The socks must be unworn and unused, ideally with the label and in the original packaging. If an item is returned damaged or soiled, we reserve the right to claim compensation for loss of value.
3. Sizes & care
2 questionsWhich sizes are available?
Each model comes in two elastic sizes – usually 36–40 and 41–44. Some models such as Girl Power come in 35–38 and 39–42. The exact size is always shown on the product.
Thanks to 8% elastane, the socks adapt to your foot. Simply choose your usual shoe size.
How do I wash and care for the socks properly?
- Machine wash at 30 °C on a gentle cycle
- Wash inside out
- No fabric softener and no tumble dryer – air dry
