Due to a currently high demand, we ask for your understanding regarding the following delivery time:
- Germany : 1–3 working days
- EU countries : 7–10 working days
- Worldwide : 7–15 working days
Do you also ship your products internationally?
Yes, we ship our products both within Germany and to EU countries and worldwide .
Are there any shipping costs?
Nomad Socks offers free shipping on all orders within Germany for orders over 30.00 $. For deliveries to EU countries, a minimum order value of 60.00 $ applies for free shipping, and for worldwide deliveries, the minimum order value is 72.00 $.
Shipping costs apply to deliveries to EU countries and worldwide, depending on the respective order value.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number with all the details and a link to track your shipment. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for your shipment to be trackable.
Returns
How do I get a return label?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a return label. You will therefore need to write the address on your package yourself.

Yes, the customer bears the costs for the return shipment.

Processing your return usually takes two to three weeks.
In what condition must the product be returned?
The product must be returned in perfect condition.
If the item is returned damaged or dirty, we reserve the right to claim a refund.
